Many struggle with compulsive restricting, bingeing and purging – behaviours that are completely out of alignment with who they are and what they want – and yet they feel powerless to stop!
Together we work to identify the actions & the ‘headworms’ (disempowering self talk & limiting beliefs) that are keeping them trapped in compulsive behaviours around food, and we begin to ‘rewire’ new empowering thoughts and actions into the brain and body through a process of practise, patience and perseverance.
