How does online coaching work?

When you sign up for your free Breakthrough coaching session just let me know your preferred method of connecting.
I use mostly use ZOOM to to do online coaching calls, but I am also happy to use Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, Skype or G-Chat if that suits you better.
You can choose to have your video on or off for our calls.

All you have to do is be ready to rock when it’s time to meet!

I make lots of notes and you are welcome to too – so perhaps have a paper and pen with you.
But phones stay off or on silent! I will give you my undivided attention and you owe it to yourself to give your coaching you full attention too.


How often should we meet?

Traditionally meeting once a week works well.
But you are an awesome and unique individual!
Perhaps you’d prefer total immersion, high energy, high momentum, state-breaking coaching – in which case 2 or 3 times a week will really get the party started. Or perhaps you’d prefer to take things at a slower pace.

You know yourself better than anyone else, so if you feel that meeting once a month or meeting three times a week would be best for you – then let’s do it!
